Training / Workshop / Demonstration / Tech. support on NISA FEA Structural Software; good communication skills; willingness to travel across the country on a regular basis; self motivated to improve technical knowledge & skill-sets on regular basis.Provide timely and effective technical support to customers on the usage, features, and troubleshooting of NISA FEA Structural Software via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to modeling, analysis, and post-processing within NISA software.Guide users on best practices for structural analysis using FEA methodologies.Document support interactions, solutions, and common issues in a knowledge base.Escalate complex issues to the development team as needed and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis Tool;
basic knowledge in applied FEA-FEM, Mechanics of Materials
