Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to modeling, analysis, and post-processing within NISA software. Guide users on best practices for structural analysis using FEA methodologies. Document support interactions, solutions, and common issues in a knowledge base. Escalate complex issues to the development team as needed and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis Tool; basic knowledge in applied FEA-FEM, Mechanics of Materials
