You are a Senior Structural Engineer with a qualification in BE/ B. Tech / ME / M. Tech (Civil & Structural) and 10 to 15 years of experience. This position is based in Alibag, Maharashtra, and requires at least 3-4 years of hospital experience. Your responsibilities will include designing structures such as buildings, creating structural models using computer-aided design software, analyzing loads and pressures, ensuring construction safety compliance, selecting suitable materials, overseeing construction activities, managing budgets, monitoring project progress, and collaborating with contractors and project managers. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a Structural Engineer, a strong understanding of construction methods and regulations, proficiency in software like E Tabs, STAAD pro, RCDC, and SAFE, a data-driven approach with good mathematical skills, effective communication skills (both written and verbal), keen attention to detail, a degree in Structural Engineering (a Masters degree is advantageous), and membership in the Institute of Structural Engineering.
