Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal users and customers
  • Troubleshoot issues related to systems, applications, and networks
  • Handle SQL database queries (basic level)
  • Assist in VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Monitor and resolve tickets within defined SLAs
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
  • Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of

    SQL Database

  • Understanding of

    Networking concepts

  • Hands-on exposure to

    VPN

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

Education

  • Diploma / B.Tech

    in

    Electronics, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Candidate

  • Freshers to candidates with up to

    2 years of experience

  • Willing to work in

    rotational shifts

  • Male candidates preferred (as per shift requirements)
