As a Technical Support Agent at our company located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, you will play a vital role in resolving technical issues for our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical problems, providing detailed solutions, and maintaining accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions. Collaboration with other teams to address complex issues and staying updated on our products and services are crucial aspects of this position.
