Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor / Trainer to lead and support our field technician team. This role involves supervising installations, resolving escalated technical issues, conducting training sessions, and ensuring service quality for dashcam and GPS tracker systems. You will act as a key link between field teams, management, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide field technicians during installation and troubleshooting tasks.
Handle complex escalations and resolve advanced technical issues.
Conduct training sessions for new and existing technicians on installation standards, wiring methods, and troubleshooting processes.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety norms.
Coordinate with backend technical support for firmware, connectivity, and software-related issues.
Audit field installations to ensure compliance and performance.
Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and reports.
Provide customer feedback and insights to management for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies

In-depth knowledge of vehicle electronics, dashcams, and GPS trackers.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent training and communication skills.
Proficiency in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Ability to plan and execute service audits and performance reviews.

Qualifications

Diploma / Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
16 years of experience in installation and troubleshooting of automotive electronic devices.
Prior experience in team supervision or training preferred.
