Technical Staff

Job Objective:

We are looking for a motivated and field-oriented candidate who can represent the company at customer sites and market locations. The candidate will be responsible for generating customer footfall, providing product information, creating awareness about company offerings, and supporting field-related operational tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Visit client locations, project sites, and market areas to promote company products and solutions.

· Communicate and explain product features, applications, and benefits to customers in a clear and professional manner.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat enquiries and long-term association.

· Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams to support customer requirements.

· Provide timely feedback on customer needs, project updates, and market conditions.

· Assist in handling basic technical queries and guiding customers towards the correct product selection.

· Prepare and submit daily visit reports and maintain proper documentation.

· Represent the company in meetings, field demonstrations, and business promotion activities.

Required Qualifications:

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical field).

· Basic understanding of field work, field measurements, or technical service support.

· Basic understanding of mechanical components such as pipes, fittings, pumps, valves, and flow systems

· Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome. Training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
