Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve commercial goals.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in academia and industry.
Prospect, forecast, and drive opportunities to successful closure, ensuring accuracy in sales pipelines and projections.
Utilize CRM tools effectively to track leads, manage /engage customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Drive account development by expanding relationships, upselling, and cross-selling across Spincos portfolios.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Travel extensively to meet with clients and prospects.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in relevant technologies.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Hands-on experience with the technologies will be an added advantage and is preferable.
5+ years of sales experience in Life Sciences and Biopharma.
Extensive network and established contacts within the Life Sciences market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in data analytics and presentation, including the ability to create clear and impactful reports.
