Technical Specialist

As an Electrical contractor based in Nasik, we have been successfully executing projects across Maharashtra for the past 27 years. We are currently seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in both substation and line work, encompassing responsibilities both at the office and on-site. Responsibilities: - Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical projects related to substations and power lines. - Manage and supervise the team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and within the specified timelines. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that may arise, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, offering solutions to complex electrical problems as they arise. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical contracting, specifically in substation and power line projects. - Proficiency in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. - Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance and safe working practices. - Certification in electrical engineering or a related field would be advantageous but not mandatory.
