Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Technical Consultation: Interact with current and prospective clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements. Present our service capabilities and solution approaches in a clear, compelling manner. Collaborate with internal teams to design and communicate tailored technical solutions. Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. Project Coordination & Onboarding: Support the transition from client engagement to project execution. Work closely with project managers and technical leads to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain communication with clients during early project phases to ensure satisfaction and clarity. Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential technology and delivery partners. Establish and manage strategic partnerships to enhance our service delivery capabilities. Negotiate collaboration agreements and maintain long-term partner relationships. Thought Leadership & Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Contribute to the development of marketing and technical collateral (case studies, whitepapers, etc.). Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings. Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or a related field. 10+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as solution consulting, technical account management, or delivery management. Strong knowledge of AI/ML, DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and software testing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive technical discussions. Experience in project coordination or delivery oversight. Preferred Skills: Background in software outsourcing or IT services. Certifications in cloud platforms or project management (e.g., PMP, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.
