Technical & Solution Sales Support

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Provide

    presales support for Cloud Solutions

    , ensuring high-quality responses to

    RFx/tenders

    within agreed timelines.
  • Thoroughly understand

    RFP requirements

    and take ownership of the

    bid response

    for your specific area of expertise.
  • Act as the

    Solution Responsible

    for Cloud products within the Bid Office.
  • Engage with internal Cradlepoint BDGS teams to

    align solution structure

    with business strategy.
  • Support Customer Units (CUs) with

    solution and proposal strategy alignment

    .
  • Demonstrate a strong

    understanding of the Sales process

    .
  • Facilitate

    knowledge sharing

    and promote efficient reuse of available document repositories.
  • Support presales solutions for deliverables such as

    Statement of Compliance (SoC), Dimensioning, Hardware, and Solution descriptions

    .

What You Will Bring: Required Qualifications

  • Experience:

    3-8 years of experience in

    Cloud Solutions

    , specifically

    Telco Cloud

    .
  • Education:

    B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of

    Cloud concepts

    including

    Containerization & Networking, CCD, CEE, NFVI, CNIS, OpenStack, Virtualization, Storage, and HCP

    .
  • Strong understanding of the

    Cradlepoint Cloud Portfolio

    or any other relevant vendor.
  • Strong understanding of the

    competitive scenario in the Cloud Market

    .
  • Be a

    team player

    , enthusiastic, and motivated.
  • Possess a

    strong customer focus

    and effective

    presentation and communication skills

    .
  • Capability to

    understand customer requirements

    and transform them into specific networking skills.
  • Be able to

    work independently

    and be

    self-motivated

    to fulfill customer requirements in the design space.

    clear and concise reports/feedback
