Job Description

Role Overview: You MUST have strong pre-sales experience and SHOULD have sold to contact centres. You should have at least 3 years of experience in an advanced and highly technical role (developer, architect) that was engaged in the planning, executing, and managing of complex software sales. It is essential to have experience selling to contact centres and knowledge about how they operate. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required, as you need to be highly articulate and able to confidently explain complex models in a clear and simplified manner. As a strategic thinker, you should have a strong technical aptitude and an innate passion for seeking technical depth and complete understanding. You must have a collaborative, team-oriented approach to selling, with the ability to develop relationships with C or VP level business users to sell based on business value and influence on technical issues. Excellent project management skills are a must, with the ability to manage multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously. Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility, and confidence are important, with a preference for autonomy to take ownership and manage activities and processes to achieve revenue results. You should have strong domain expertise combined with advanced strategic and project management skills. It is crucial to have proven successful ability to sell Enterprise software, business solutions, and business intelligence externally with customers and decision-makers, as well as internally in tight collaboration with Functional Consultants, Account Executives, and Product Management.
