Technical Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales)

As a candidate for the role, you must have strong pre-sales experience and should have sold to contact centers. It is essential to have at least 3 years of experience in an advanced and highly technical role (such as developer, architect) that involved planning, executing, and managing complex software sales. Experience in selling to contact centers is a must, accompanied by knowledge of how contact centers operate. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills will be crucial. You should be highly articulate and capable of confidently explaining complex models in a clear and simplified manner. Your role will involve being a strategic thinker with a strong technical aptitude and an innate passion for delving into technical depth and gaining a complete understanding. A collaborative, team-oriented approach to selling is necessary, along with the ability to develop relationships with C or VP-level business users to sell based on business value and influence on technical issues. Project management skills are also key, with the ability to handle multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously. Your inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility, and confidence will be essential, with a preference for autonomy to take ownership and manage activities and processes to achieve revenue results. You should possess strong domain expertise along with advanced strategic and project management skills. Proven successful ability to sell enterprise software, business solutions, and business intelligence both externally with customers and decision-makers, as well as internally in close collaboration with Functional Consultants, Account Executives, and Product Management.
