Job Description: Overview: Windowstein is seeking an experienced and proactive Factory Floor Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in supervising manufacturing teams, preferably in the UPVC window and door industry. As a Factory Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards, maintaining equipment, and supervising a team of operators and technicians to meet production goals.
