Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Technical Services Trainee. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT services and consulting, with excellent technical skills and a keen interest in learning and growing with our company.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
