Technical Service Engineer

You will be joining Mittal Batteries Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001 Battery Manufacturing Company that specializes in producing Automotive Batteries, Inverter Tubular, Motorcycle Batteries, E Rickshaw, and soon VRLA SMF Batteries under the brand Massimo. As a Technical Service Engineer at Massimo Batteries in Alwar, your primary responsibility will be to deliver technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the efficient functioning of battery systems. To excel in this role, you should possess Technical Services and Technical Support skills, along with strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities. Effective Communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with stakeholders. Prior experience in working with battery systems is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills will be key in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.,
