Technical Scrum Master

As a Technical Project Manager in Product Development/Engineering at UST in Pune, India, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects to ensure successful delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints. Your expertise in Java and React development, knowledge of cloud-based technologies, and proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, will be crucial for project success. You will also be required to manage Fixed Bid projects, lead cross-functional teams, and effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients. Ideally, you should have 9-12 years of experience in software development and project management, with a career progression from a developer to a Technical Project Manager. Your experience in managing Java and React-based projects, familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and proficiency in handling Fixed Bid projects will be highly valued. Your roles and responsibilities will include project leadership, technical decision-making, stakeholder and client management, facilitation of Agile ceremonies, team and resource management, risk management, technical coaching and mentoring, performance monitoring, and ensuring quality assurance.
