Technical Scrum Master

As an experienced and technically adept Scrum Master, your role will involve leading Agile software development teams through various Agile ceremonies and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog, guide estimation and capacity planning, and promote continuous improvement. Additionally, you will track team metrics, ensure alignment with product goals and technical strategy, and foster collaboration across engineering teams. **Core Responsibilities:** - Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Drive sprint execution and delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog. - Guide estimation, capacity planning, and technical grooming using Agile frameworks. - Remove impediments and resolve cross-functional blockers. - Conduct root cause analysis and promote continuous improvement. - Maintain transparency through Jira and Confluence dashboards and reports. - Track team metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) and optimize performance. - Ensure alignment with product goals, technical strategy, and architectural guidelines. - Foster collaboration across engineering, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams. - Coach Agile principles, promote self-organization, and encourage innovation. - Communicate status, dependencies, and risks effectively to senior stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Strong understanding of SDLC, microservices, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Proficient in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and experienced in driving Agile metrics. - Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, or similar is preferred). - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-project environments. - Experience with test automation and quality-focused delivery. **Qualifications:** - B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects. - 2+ years of prior technical experience (dev/engineering) is strongly preferred.,
