Job Description

Mandatory skills: Technical Program Manager , Project Manager and Scrum Master. Certifications: CSM, PSM, CSPO - certifications will help. Requirements: scrum master agile methodologies product backlog refinement analytical and presentation skills documentation (risk, design, verification, validation) multiple program management and responsibility Jira, Rally, Confluence, ALM-QC CSM, PSM, CSPO - certifications will help Roles and responsibilities: Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction. Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization. Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments. Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework. Resolve conflicts and issues that occur. Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity. Support the product owner and provide education where needed. Should have very good communication skills as the person will be working out of client location and would interact with client stakeholders on daily basis. Experience of working in Agile based projects.
