Required Technical Skills:

• Salesforce Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Lightning framework.
• Build Salesforce applications end-to-end, from development through deployment and production support.
• Analyse business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Gather and document requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Support application testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix defects, and respond to scope changes.
• Ensure secure and efficient integration using APIs and Salesforce security settings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear technical documentation.

Must-Have Competencies

Technical

• Strong experience in SFDC development and implementation.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM/PRM capabilities and limitations.
• Experience with APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk) and Salesforce security model.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
