Technical Sales Manager – Security & Automation

CCTVKart.com is looking for a Technical Sales Manager with a strong blend of engineering knowledge and sales acumen to grow and manage our national dealer and distributor network. This role is ideal for a B.Tech graduate with a passion for technology-driven sales, eager to drive adoption of smart security and automation solutions across India. Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential channel partners including distributors, dealers, and system integrators. Leverage your technical background to consultatively sell CCTV, networking, and automation products. Drive sales through solution-based selling, product demos, and technical consultations. Formulate regional channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Educate and train partners on product features, use-cases, and competitive advantages. Track competitor activity and market trends to adjust positioning and approach. Ensure pre-sales and post-sales support through coordination with internal technical teams. Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, or related field. 2+ years of experience in B2B/channel sales , preferably in electronics, IT hardware, surveillance, or automation sectors. Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, home automation, or network products is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
