Technical Sales Manager

As a leading supplier of high-quality German cutting tools in India, Prompt Tooling India Pvt Ltd, established in 2004, is the sole authorized dealer for renowned German brands ARNO and Dmmel. Our focus is on providing technical sales expertise for a comprehensive selection of cutting tools to ensure our customers get the right tool for their machining processes. We offer in-depth product knowledge, application support, and exceptional performance to meet specific needs. We are currently seeking individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the carbide cutting tool industry for sales positions in Bengaluru, Gujarat, and Chennai. We are looking for highly motivated sales representatives to join our team. As the sole authorized distributor of ARNO and Dmmel carbide cutting tools, the selected candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, promoting products, and closing deals. Responsibilities of the role include visiting assigned and potential customers to understand their needs, recommending appropriate carbide cutting tool solutions, conducting product tests, and demonstrating the superior quality and benefits of ARNO and Dmmel cutting tools. Successful candidates will negotiate and close sales deals, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain strong customer relationships, provide excellent customer service and technical support, and track sales performance. Qualifications for the position include technical sales and sales skills, account management, customer service, technical support skills, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, ability to work independently and collaborate with teams, and experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
