Job Description: Sales Manager – North Region
Location: Sonipat / Noida / Manesar Industry: Automation Machinery & Conveyor Systems Reporting To: Business Head CTC: ₹6–8 LPA Role Summary:Drive sales growth for automation machinery and conveyor solutions in the North region, with responsibility to build, lead, and manage the regional sales team independently. Key Responsibilities:

Achieve regional sales targets and expand market presence
Generate enquiries and close orders for automation & conveyor systems
Build, manage, and mentor the regional sales team
Own the region and run the show independently with accountability
Manage key accounts and develop new customers
Handle complete techno-commercial sales cycle
Coordinate with engineering & project teams
Conduct site visits and customer meetings

Candidate Profile:

Education: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in automation, conveyors, or material handling sales
Proven ability to build and manage sales teams
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Willingness for extensive field travel
