About Us:

DeHaat's one-stop solution incorporates an online marketplace alongside a rural network of service delivery centers, which together radically increase the profitability of farmers on the platform. At the same time, DeHaat brings transparency and efficiency across the entire agricultural value chain for B2B partners, including agri input companies, financial institutions, and commodity bulk buyers.


Based in Gurgaon and Patna, DeHaat was founded in 2012 by alumni of IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, IIM Ahmedabad, and other premier institutions. Currently the DeHaat platform supports over 400,000 farmers across Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Odisha, bringing them 500+ agri input SKUs, exhaustive advisory content for major crops, and 100+ commodity bulk buyers after they harvest.

About the Job Role:

We're looking for an ideal candidate who is passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented & committed to success. The role involves managing various projects related to feed supplements, veterinary drugs, and ensuring effective collaboration across functions to drive growth and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    Coordinate activities across functions for feed supplements, feed and vet drugs, Technical Guidance, Sale and Marketing.
  • Regulatory Affairs:

    Provide regulatory guidance and support throughout in pre-launch and post-launch phases.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration:

    Facilitate regular meetings and reviews to track progress, address issues, and drive decision-making.
  • Budget Management:

    Ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to achieve the KPIs.
  • Driving Expansion:

    Expanding and driving growth of DeHaat stores in Maharashtra region.
  • Strategic Planning:

    Identifying strategic partnerships to drive efficiencies throughout the value chain.


Qualifications:

  • Must be B.Vsc and have a valid license to practice veterinary.
  • PGDM/ M.Vsc/ MBA will be preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Experience 3+ years in cattle feed/ feed supplement/ Veterinary drugs or allied field in a reputed company.
  • Marathi will be preferred.
