Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and respond to relevant government tenders (GeM, eProcurement portals, etc.)
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in compliance with tender requirements
Coordinate with internal engineering teams for documentation and compliance
Build relationships with government departments, PSUs, and defense organizations
Maintain records of tender submissions, follow-ups, and outcomes
Ensure timely registration and renewal of vendor credentials
Support pre-bid meetings and technical presentations
Stay updated on government procurement policies and automation trends

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of industrial automation (PLC, HMI, SCADA, sensors, robotics)
Experience with government tendering platforms and documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to interpret technical specifications and compliance documents

Qualifications:

Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, or related)
24 years of experience in technical sales or tender management
Prior experience with government clients is highly preferred
