Job Type :- 70% field - 30% Back office

Role & responsibilities

  • Data Sourcing and Management

1. Source accurate contact details from online sources, existing network and in house team of potential product customers of pharma/ chemical and food industries

2. Maintaining proper database of contact based on internal templates

3. Initiate initial contact and generate leads

4. Setup demo and sales meetings

  • Sales and Demo Meetings

1. Prepare the meeting via structured research about the target client

2. Schedule and organize face-to-face or virtual meetings with qualified leads.

3. Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features of the product.

4. Address any queries or concerns raised during the meetings and gather additional product requirements from prospective client

  • Sales Proposal & Conversion

1. Prepare sales proposal based on client requirements

2. Present face to face or virtual sessions

3. Maintain profitability index based on management criteria

  • Follow up and Client Coordination

1.Maintain regular communication and write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client

2.Update internal teams to keep them informed about the status of the sale

3.Provide additional information, materials, or resources as needed to facilitate the decision-making process.

4.Involve senior team members or executive team if required to clarify any client objections

  • Experience :- 3-5 Years
  • Any MBA/Graduate candidate with good communication skills and ability to understand products fast.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology and Pharma/Chemical sectors
  • A social and high energy individual who can quickly build rapport
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Multi lingual proficiency is a big plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
