Role Objective: To drive sales and business development by promoting Akash Blowers' product range, establishing dealer networks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify and approach new business opportunities, including builders, contractors, and rental services. Manage and expand the dealer network in the region. Provide technical support and solutions to clients. Address and resolve customer complaints related to sales and service. Maintain regular market visits and updates. Assist in generating repeat orders from existing clients. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 2+ years of experience in technical or industrial sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Experience in project sales and dealer network management is preferred. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
