Promoting our Automation Products & Technically Evaluating enquiries Technical Sales & Business Development Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Develop and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals. Assist the sales team in negotiating and closing deals with a technical edge. Product Expertise & Solution Consulting Stay up to date with product features, specifications, and industry applications. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technicalsupport to clients. Customize and adapt solutions to meet specific customer needs. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and training sessions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners. Address technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing recommendations. Collaboration & Market Research Work closely with R&D, product development, and sales teams to align solutions with market needs. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Provide feedback to internal teams for product improvements and innovation.
