Technical Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Field Sales Engineer from the Maharashtra/Mumbai region who can effectively promote and sell crusher machinery and related industrial equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi, a background in mechanical engineering, and a passion for customer engagement and converting leads into confirmed orders. Prior experience in crusher machinery sales will be a major advantage. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel across Mumbai and Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell crusher machinery and industrial equipment in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Handle inquiries, conduct technical discussions, and provide product demonstrations to clients.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions, working closely to convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Regularly follow up with clients at all stages – enquiry, quotation, negotiation, and final purchase.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Provide after-sales support in collaboration with the service department to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management.
• Submit daily/weekly travel reports, customer visit summaries, and order conversion status.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years in industrial equipment or crusher machinery sales preferred.
• Location: Must be a native or resident of Maharashtra or Mumbai region.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; English is a plus.
• Mobility: Willing to travel extensively across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
