Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive

Responsibilities: ·        Participate in sales training programs to enhance core sales skills and product knowledge. ·        Adhere to the company's sales processes and procedures. ·        Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. ·        Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads. ·        Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. ·        Support senior sales executives in showcasing products and services. ·        Maintain accurate sales records and reports. ·        Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals. ·        Follow up with leads and customers to ensure prompt responses and issue resolution. ·        Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. ·        Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. ·        Contribute to building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
