Technical Sales Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Coordinator at Surat location. As a Technical Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for pre-sales activities, technical sales, providing technical support, ensuring effective communication, developing sales strategies, and delivering excellent customer service. Your primary focus will be on engaging with clients to understand their needs, offering suitable solutions, and driving profitability through customized industrial solutions. In this role, you will be designated as a Technical Sales Coordinator and will be based in Athwagate, Surat, Gujarat (onsite). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience and hold a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation and Control. Essential skills for this role include knowledge of Industrial Automation and excellent communication skills. Experience in pre-sales, Industrial Automation sales, technical sales, Industry 4.0, Automation Solution sales, technical product sales, IIOT, and Industry 4.0 is required. Your responsibilities will include discussing requirements with customers, defining scope, timelines, and sales objectives. You will be required to prepare a comprehensive sales process that aligns with the organization's standard operations. This process should outline the necessary steps, ownership, and measurements for each task. It is essential to maintain process documentation, revisions, and approvals in a common document repository. You will also be responsible for following up with the internal team for proposals, cost sheets, and other documentation, as well as tracking the status of various opportunities. As part of your role, you will need to prepare technical documentation for sharing with customers and internal stakeholders, as well as create cost sheets and proposals. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations is crucial for this position.
