Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as calls, emails, and virtual platforms. - Comprehend client needs related to internet, networking, cloud, and IT infrastructure. - Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop tailored proposals. - Utilize CRM tools to maintain sales data effectively. - Conduct product demonstrations and virtual meetings. - Ensure seamless project handover post-sales in coordination with the sales team. - Meet sales targets and performance metrics to drive business growth. Who Can Apply: We are looking for individuals who: - Hold technical certifications like CCNA or similar. - Possess strong communication and presentation skills. - Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven mindset. - Have a basic understanding of IT services and familiarity with CRM tools.
