Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and technically inclined candidates for the position of Technical Inside Sales Representative. If you are a fresher with technical training (e.g., CCNA) and an interest in technology sales, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads via calls, emails, and virtual channels.
• Understand client needs related to internet, networking, cloud, and IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to create and deliver tailored proposals.
• Maintain sales data using CRM tools.
• Conduct product demos and virtual meetings.
• Work with the sales team to ensure smooth project handover post-sales.
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:
