Job Description

As a Technical Account Management Executive at CES, your role will involve serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Aligning CES's technical services with client business goals - Demonstrating expertise in frontend, backend, and full-stack development, QA roles, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Collaborating with delivery, engineering, and QA teams for timely project execution and issue resolution - Conducting account reviews, delivery planning sessions, and performance analysis using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics - Providing technical consulting during pre-sales, onboarding, and throughout project life cycles - Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and identify new business opportunities within accounts - Developing strategies for account growth - Staying updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and CES offerings to provide clients with valuable recommendations To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred) - At least 3 years of experience in technical account management or client-facing roles within the IT services industry - Proficiency in software engineering roles, familiarity with SaaS, cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and enterprise technology stacks - A clear understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery frameworks - Experience in supporting digital transformation programs - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM tools, support ticketing systems, and lead generation platforms Your role as a Technical Account Management Executive at CES will be dynamic and rewarding, requiring a blend of technical expertise, client management skills, and industry knowledge to drive success for both the clients and the company.,
