Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Account Manager. The Technical Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales and revenue growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify business opportunities and execute sales strategies. Additionally, the Technical Sales Account Manager will stay updated on industry trends and PowerDMARC's product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients. Responsibilities: Generating revenue to company and committing to monthly sales targets Increasing sales and winning new business Providing technical support to customers before and after sales Evaluating customers needs to suggest upgrades or additional features Training customers to use their products Answering product-related queries in a timely manner Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction Providing reports to developers and stakeholders on product performance Ensuring deliveries arrive on time and in a good condition Delivering presentations and detailed walkthroughs Qualifications Sales and Account Management skills Customer Relationship Management and Client Support skills Technical knowledge in email authentication and cybersecurity solutions Experience with SaaS platforms and product demonstrations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
