You will collaborate closely with developers, fellow QA specialists, designers, and product managers within an agile team environment. Your goal is to foster a culture of excellence in testing across SurveyMonkey's engineering teams through peer review and continuous training initiatives. Engaging in all phases of our agile software development process, from initial planning to final deployment. Collaborating closely with product and design stakeholders to deliver iterative value. Developing automation tests and frameworks to enhance our services and user experiences. Overseeing the seamless integration of automated and manual testing into our release processes. Monitoring and ensuring the observability of our features and functionality. Utilizing Jira to report issues and validate their resolutions through automated or manual testing. We'd love to hear from people with: 8+ years of experience in QA roles. Proficiency in maintaining automated tests using JavaScript-based frameworks such as WebdriverIO, TestCafe, Protractor, or similar. Experience verifying RESTful API services through code-based testing. Demonstrated ability in authoring and driving test and automation planning, and mentoring others. Familiarity with case management tools like TestRail and Jira, as well as monitoring tools like Splunk. A growth-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
