Job description We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of proven experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting technical talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape and a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. The main responsibility will be regarding taking interviews of candidates. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and job boards. Screening & Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to attract high-quality candidates. Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future positions. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and communication at every stage. Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve processes. Employer Branding: Promote the company culture and values to attract top talent and enhance employer branding. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., software development, engineering]. Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills. Proven track record of filling roles in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
