Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Tech Recruiter who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing suitable candidates for various employment opportunities. This is a placement consultancy role with a strong emphasis on meeting monthly placement targets while delivering a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences. Source and identify potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, internal databases). Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings to shortlist the most qualified candidates. Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients. Provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates during the hiring process. Follow up with placed candidates to aid their onboarding process. Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate and client databases. Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly placement targets. Build strong relationships with clients and candidates for ongoing and future placements. Prepare reports related to placement activity, candidate pipeline, and performance metrics. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience in recruitment (preferably in a placement consultancy) is a plus, but not mandatory. Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive placement targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal. Ability to negotiate and close placements successfully. Ability to handle multiple clients and roles simultaneously. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and candidate databases. Target-oriented, motivated, and enthusiastic team player. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
