About the role: We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team at the Mohali office. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for technical and IT positions across various departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and have a knack for identifying top tech talent, wed love to have you on board. Specifically, this role will involve: Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for tech and IT roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Leveraging various sourcing strategies such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and social media to attract high-quality candidates. Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Building a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions using ATS and other tools. Being well-versed in technical terminologies and modern IT stacks to engage effectively with tech talent. Hiring for roles such as Business Analyst, React.js Developer, Node.js Developer, Flutter Developer, Project Manager, and QA. Experience in hiring for digital marketing roles will be a plus. Contributing to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Ideal candidate will have: Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. 13 years of experience in technical and IT recruitment, preferably in a startup environment. Excellent understanding of technical roles and modern technology stacks. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques. Prior experience hiring for tech roles and digital marketing roles. Ability to work from the Mohali office and join immediately or within a short notice period. Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
