Job Summary: The Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for the organization. This role requires deep knowledge of IT and engineering roles, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source high-quality candidates for technical positions. Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct technical interviews in collaboration with hiring managers. 2. Candidate & Stakeholder Management Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future hiring needs. Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback. Manage and enhance the candidate experience to ensure a positive recruitment journey. 3. Recruitment Process Management Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping. Schedule and facilitate interviews, assessments, and technical evaluations. Negotiate offers, salary expectations, and employment terms with selected candidates. 4. Employer Branding & Market Insights Promote the company's employer brand through social media, tech communities, and job fairs. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging recruitment technologies. Foster relationships with universities, coding boot camps, and industry groups to attract fresh talent. 5. Offer Management & Negotiation Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates. Ensure competitive and fair salary structures based on industry benchmarks. Handle counteroffers and maintain candidate engagement to prevent dropouts. 6. Pre-boarding & Onboarding Coordination Assist in pre-employment verification, background checks, and document collection. Work with HR and IT teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process. Ensure new hires receive proper orientation and integration into the company culture. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in IT or engineering sectors. Technical & Soft Skills: Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and IT infrastructure. Experience using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Indeed. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech company. Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies. Certification in talent acquisition or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS certification). Employment Type: Full-time Please note - We are looking for immediate joiners only.
