Job Opportunity: Technical Recruiter (India Ops.)Location: Gomti Nagar, LucknowExperience: Minimum 6 monthsKey Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT roles, with a strong focus on contract hiring.- Source and screen candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).- Evaluate candidate skills and match them with client requirements, especially for SAP and Oracle ERP roles.- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely recruitment status updates.- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future requirements.- Collaborate closely with the business team to understand hiring needs and deliver profiles within agreed timelines.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Degree in any discipline (BCA, MCA, or any graduates are encouraged to apply).- Anyone with 6 months or more of experience in IT Recruitment, Non IT Recruitment or BPO can apply.- Hands-on experience in IT recruitment (domestic hiring) preferred.- Exposure to contract hiring and familiarity with ERP roles (SAP/Oracle) will be an advantage.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.What We Offer:Dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities to work with top-tier clients and technologies.Career growth and continuous skill development.
