We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top talent, and managing the hiring process to meet the company's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment data
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
• Support onboarding and new hire documentation processes
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and networking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
