Overview:

Technical Recruiters

fully onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of IT roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cyclefrom requirement gathering to offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
Adapt quickly to changing hiring needs and maintain high productivity during low requirement periods.

Key Requirements:

1 to 5 years of experience in
IT recruitment
, with a strong focus on
W2 hiring
(C2C recruiters, please excuse).
Prior experience in
healthcare or life sciences
recruitment is preferred; non-clinical hiring experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive, confident, and positive attitude.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet submission targets.
Hands-on experience in hiring non-IT / Professional / Functional Hiring in the Healthcare Domain is highly desired/required.
