Technical Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of IT roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cyclefrom requirement gathering to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Adapt quickly to changing hiring needs and maintain high productivity during low requirement periods.

Key Requirements:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in 

    IT recruitment

    , with a strong focus on 

    W2 hiring

     (C2C recruiters, please excuse).
  • Prior experience in 

    healthcare or life sciences

     recruitment is preferred; non-clinical hiring experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive, confident, and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet submission targets.
  • Hands-on experience in hiring non-IT / Professional / Functional Hiring in the Healthcare Domain is highly desired/required.
