Talent Acquisition:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various technical roles, including Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, AI Researchers, and Software Engineers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, including technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

Candidate Engagement:

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and alignment with company values.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Market Expertise:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively identify and engage with top talent.
Utilize knowledge of AI technologies, programming languages, and development tools to evaluate candidates' technical qualifications.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and streamline the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines and status.

Recruitment Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Manage the offer process, including negotiations and coordinating with the HR team to finalize employment offers.
