Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, with a focus on IT and technical roles. Preferred experience in handling C2H positions. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding) Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements Experience in working with contract to hire. Required Skills: Strong sourcing and screening skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Familiarity with IT/technical job roles and terminologies Good communication and negotiation skills Experience in handling C2H recruitment preferred Preferred only Immediate joiners
