Technical Purchase Engineer

Job Description

Strong engineering background and hands-on experience in sourcing and procurement of industrial and engineering products. Experience in procurement of engineering products like steel bolts, nuts welding equipment and materials electronic components fan belts and motors etc. Develop and maintain vendor relationships to secure best prices, lead times, and quality. Manage purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and follow up with suppliers. Coordinate with the engineering, production, and stores departments to align procurement needs with inventory and production planning. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field. Should have 4 years of experience in technical purchase/procurement in a manufacturing or engineering company . Strong knowledge of industrial components, engineering materials, and vendor management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
