Role Overview:

The Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects in Fintech or Healthcare domains. This role requires strong technical expertise, domain knowledge, and project management skills to ensure successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and timelines.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Technical Leadership:

• Collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure technical feasibility.
• Review solution designs and ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.

• Risk & Compliance:

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS for Fintech, HIPAA for Healthcare).

• Quality Assurance:

• Oversee testing, validation, and deployment processes.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Experience:

• 10+ Years of overall IT experience with atleast 2+ years in IT project management, with experience in in Fintech or Healthcare domains.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale technology implementations.

• Technical Skills:

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), APIs, microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards (PCI DSS, HIPAA).

• Project Management Tools:

  JIRA, MS Project, Confluence.

• Certifications:

  PMP, CSM, or equivalent preferred.

Domain-Specific Knowledge:

• Fintech:

  Digital payments, core banking systems, fraud detection, regulatory compliance.

• Healthcare:

  EHR/EMR systems, HL7/FHIR standards, telehealth platforms, HIPAA compliance.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
