About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with 7+ years of experience, strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and solid business understanding. This role involves complete delivery of project as per SOW. Ideal candidate should have exposure to modern technologies such as Kubernetes, Node.js, AngularJS, NoSQL, SQL, and AWS, and must have lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. Domain Expertise: Agile, Web applications, Microservices, iOS and Android App. Key Responsibilities - Lead full lifecycle project management for cloud-native and microservices-based applications. - Work closely with engineering teams developing with Node.js, AngularJS, Java and AWS services. - Release management for Web, Services and Apps - Product backlog management and story grooming - Translate business requirements into detailed technical plans, epics, and tasks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, DevOps, QA, product owners, and client stakeholders. - Ensure proper architecture design, security, scalability, and performance standards are applied. - Manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, and quality metrics across multiple projects. - Mentor team in Agile practices and ensure compliance - Maintain project documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Support CI/CD pipeline integration and DevOps practices. Required Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 7+ years of project management experience in software development or cloud delivery. - Experience in Node.js, AngularJS, NoSQL, SQL databases, and AWS. - Understanding of devops, microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems. - Agile/Scrum methodology proficiency. - Ability to read and interpret technical designs and code. Preferred Qualifications - AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect). - PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master. - Experience managing SaaS or enterprise-grade applications. - Familiarity with security, compliance, and cost optimization in cloud environments. Soft Skills - Strong leadership and team management. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Customer-focused with attention to delivery. - Ability to manage multiple priorities. Work Model - Hybrid - 3 days work from office - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
