">Technical Project Manager 8-12 Years Noida PMP Project Management Scrum Agile Azure DevOps Experience Required : 8-12 Years Location: Noida Work Mode : Work From Office Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in technology and proven experience in managing Agile software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire lifecycle of technology projects, from planning and initiation through to execution and closure. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these metrics. Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure project objectives are met. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Conduct regular status meetings with project team and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Proactively manage risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables. Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately. Evaluate and assess project outcomes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience (8-12 Years) as a Project Manager in the technology sector, managing software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)) is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
