Technical Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background and leadership skills? We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead cutting-edge projects in Full Stack Development, Cloud Services, and AI at CODEWORK.AI - Padur, OMR, Chennai.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage software development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication

• Work with Python, Java, MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to develop scalable solutions

• Utilize AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, and more)

• Implement Data Science, AI solutions and Python-based backend development

• Optimize PostgreSQL databases and microservices architecture

• Leverage tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

Who Were Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in IT/software development

• Strong expertise in cloud technologies, data science, and backend development

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities

• Solid skills in resource planning and stakeholder communication

• Relevant certifications (AWS, PMP, CSM) are an added advantage
